Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to minimize wait times; however, walk-ins may be accepted based on availability. Contact us to schedule your visit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
How long does testing take?
Most appointments take between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the service requested. Complex DNA collections and multiple participant testing may require additional time. Results are instant with Rapid Test assuming its non reactive, If reactive confirmation testing for certain positions is required.
Drug Testing FAQ
What types of drug testing do you offer?
We offer 5-panel and 10-panel drug testing, rapid drug screens, laboratory-based testing, pre-employment testing, random testing, court-ordered testing, post-accident testing, and personal testing.
What is the difference between a rapid drug test and a laboratory test?
Rapid drug tests provide preliminary results quickly, often within minutes. Laboratory testing involves certified laboratory analysis and may include confirmation testing for accuracy. Rapid screenings done in our facility or at the laboratory use the same methodology, enzyme-linked immunoassay. If a lab-based screen is presumptive reactive, it can then be immediately sent for confirmation testing. Lab-based drug screens that are presumptive reactive will also include confirmation testing and medical review An additional fee is then charged for this service

Rapid drug test results are generally available during your appointment. Laboratory results typically take several business days depending on the testing requirements.

What types of DNA testing do you provide?

No. Learnmedna And Testing Services LLC specializes exclusively in traditional FD-258 ink fingerprint card services.
What are FD-258 fingerprint cards used for?
FD-258 fingerprint cards are commonly required for employment, licensing, certification, immigration, adoption, professional credentials, and background screening purposes.
How long does fingerprinting take?
Most fingerprint card appointments take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Can I receive multiple fingerprint cards?
Yes. Additional fingerprint cards can be completed during the same visit for an additional fee.

Yes. Mobile service is available within a 20-mile radius of Mishawaka.
Is there a travel fee?
Yes. Mobile appointments include a $100 travel fee within the approved service area.
