OFFICIAL INSTITUTION TUITION REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. SCOPE OF POLICY
This policy governs all cancellations, drops, and institutional withdrawals for the 40-hour Certified Medical Screening & Specimen Collection Specialist program.

3. PRIVATE PAY

• Withdrawals after Day 2 : THERE IS NO REFUNDS

Cancellation Prior to Program Start: Students who cancel their registration in writing up to 48 hours before Day 1 are entitled to a 100% full refund ($1500)

If the academy must cancel an entire cohort session due to an emergency or low local enrollment, all private-paying students will receive an immediate 100% full refund within 5 business days, and all voucher enrollees will have their state vouchers freed for immediate rescheduling.
